Amanda Furtado, 46, from Central California started with Fit Mother Project in March 2023 and can now say that she has lost over 40 pounds! She has a goal of another 50.
Amanda says she has done most of this with just the eating plan as she hasn't really started working out much until recently. She says she is now going for long walks a couple times a week, plus doing a cardio workout and a strength workout each week. Guess what, Amanda? Keep that up and you'll reach your goal!
Amanda said of Fit Mother Project, “The program works. If I can do it, then I’m sure most people can. The accountability coaching helps so much and I’m greatly appreciative of it.”
