Getting healthy and focused starts from within, and before you can take care of your loved ones, you\u2019ve got to take care of yourself first.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n That\u2019s a valuable lesson Fit Mother Sarah learned, and it helped her and her husband (who is a Fit Father) get their whole family fit!<\/span><\/p>\n Sarah is a busy mom to three teenage kids who, alongside her husband, has gotten her whole household healthy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n They worked together to get their nutrition and fitness in sync, and they\u2019ve had amazing results.<\/span><\/p>\n Sarah lost 30 pounds, toned up, and got so much more consistent, and her husband lost over 60 pounds!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n More than that, they got their kids involved, and now everyone is in tune with their minds, bodies, and souls.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Sarah talks about what it takes to pull off the Fit Mother lifestyle, stay focused amid the busyness of life, and how to be OK with the fact that we can't always be perfect and that things do change.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It's all about the mindset and being consistent \u2014 those are the real keys to success.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Sarah also discusses getting past weight loss plateaus and how to stay motivated and focused after you hit your goals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s a beautiful story that you\u2019re sure to love!<\/span><\/p>\n Growing up, Sarah never cared about what she ate.<\/p>\n As she got into adulthood and life set in, it began catching up to her.<\/p>\n Sarah had tried many diet plans before, but nothing seemed to work for her.<\/span><\/p>\n Her husband was in the same boat.<\/p>\n Then, he found the Fit Father Project.<\/p>\n “We joined the programs at the same time!”<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n The Fit Father and Fit Mother programs finally tied it all together for both of them.<\/p>\n “We were in and out of fitness.
