Changing your life trajectory starts from within, and then finding a sustainable path to health and fitness.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fit Mother Eve was looking for ways to reverse her health history, but she ended up finding so much more.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eve is a wife, mother, and grandmother who initially joined the Fit Mother Project to improve her health parameters.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After a recent visit to the doctor, she found that she was going to have to be put on a third blood pressure medication.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

That, coupled with her parents\u2019 history of health issues, made Eve really start to look at the trajectory her life was taking, and she decided enough was enough.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As she was researching ways to fix things, she came across the Fit Mother Project and liked what she saw.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So, she joined the program, and boy, was she in for a treat!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She\u2019s lost over 20 pounds and gotten stronger and more consistent with her health and fitness habits.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Her menopause symptoms have improved, and she feels so much better and happier, on track with a sustainable plan she can stick to.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
