Camille is a busy mother of two (and a black belt in Kung Fu!) who was looking for a way to make her nutrition more sustainable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She tried various diets, meal plans, counting macros, and anything else you can think of, and just found it all too complicated and tedious.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As she was searching for answers online, she found some of our videos and was drawn in by our concept of the Perfect Plate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As she began adopting the Perfect Plate<\/a> into her meal plan, she saw how simple, powerful, and effective it was, so she fully joined the Fit Mother Project.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The rest, as they say, is history!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Camille made such fantastic progress, and she has new perspectives on how to make nutrition sustainable, how to exercise effectively and age-appropriately, and how to stay sharp in all areas of her life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
