Deb is a 60-year-old wife, mother, and pastoral minister, who has been absolutely kicking butt with her health and fitness!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But, that wasn\u2019t always the case.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Deb would\u2019ve described her physical condition as a mess just two years ago.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She had no energy, was bloated, overweight, and was going through many challenging life changes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But during that time when all this stuff was shifting for Deb, she made the commitment to start working on her health because she knew she was out of alignment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And she knew her health and fitness were huge reasons why.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
