Mind before matter is all about making fitness work for you and adjusting your lifestyle as you age.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s one of the many lessons Fit Mother Pollie learned on her health and fitness journey.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pollie is a wife, mother, and teacher who found herself not where she wanted to be health-wise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For years, Pollie was very into exercising and fitness.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But as she got older, she found that she wasn't recovering from exercise as well as she used to.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Plus, she was gaining weight, and the number on the scale was just stressing her out.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pollie decided she needed to do something different and find better ways to make fitness work for her.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She was looking for a program that answered all of her questions about nutrition, strength, training, cardio, and how everything would fit together specifically for her.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She wanted a program she could actually follow, one that was simple, sustainable, and holistic.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
