Breaking bad habits is possible at any age<\/em>, and the reward you receive is great peace in <\/span>mind, body, and soul.<\/span><\/p>\n That's what Kristen did using the Fit Mother Program. She truly changed her life!<\/p>\n Like many of us, Kristen struggled with weight gain, hormone issues in menopause, and bouts of depression.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Over the years, she tried many fad diets (including keto) and a bunch of workout kicks that just didn\u2019t work for her. <\/span><\/p>\n She was lacking energy and wasn't happy in a lot of places in her life, and that lack of contentment was negatively affecting her marriage, her kids, and even her relationship with God.<\/span><\/p>\n Eventually, Kristen reached a breaking point: she realized she couldn\u2019t continue the pattern of her old habits anymore. It was literally killing her, and she needed to make a change.<\/span><\/p>\n She found the Fit Mother Program online, convinced her best friend to join with her, and within a year she lost over 90 pounds!
