Arnold has a quote in that movie that perfectly sums it all up: \u201cIt is the mind that creates the body. It's the mind that really makes you work out 4-5 hours a day.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The good news is that you don\u2019t have to work out for four or five hours per day to gain muscle!<\/span><\/p>\n
