In this episode<\/a>, you\u2019ll meet Kristen, a 46-year-old mother of three, who like many of us, struggled with her health and nutrition.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the years, she tried fad diets and a bunch of other stuff that just didn\u2019t work.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She was lacking energy and wasn't happy in a lot of places in her life, and that lack of contentment was affecting her marriage, family, and other relationships.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eventually, she found herself in a place where she just couldn\u2019t continue the pattern of her old habits anymore. She had to make a change.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Then, she found the Fit Mother Project<\/a>, enlisted her best friend to join with her, and she was off and running!<\/span><\/p>\n
