Of being undivided.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n And I think this is so important to understand because, in my life experience, for someone to be truly healthy, they need to be whole.<\/span><\/p>\n That means you've created health in all the different areas of your life \u2014\u00a0your financial life, your relationship life, your physical life, your emotional life, and your spiritual life.<\/span><\/p>\n Are you integral?
