You might be wondering what you need to do to stay safe with respect to attending or teaching group fitness classes.<\/p>\n

clean is one of the best ways to lower the chance of participants getting sick.<\/p>\n Thoroughly clean and sanitize equipment between workout sessions to ensure optimal group fitness class safety.<\/p>\n If your exercise facility doesn't offer disinfectant wipes in the group fitness workout areas, bring your own to wipe off equipment before and after you touch it.<\/p>\n Ask your
